Property Requirements

The Group currently has the ability to invest over £50 million, ideally in single lots of £2-£15m or portfolios up to £50m. Milton is focused on investing within the South East of England, including all areas of Central London and the Home Counties. We will consider all commercial property sectors but with a current preference for the industrial/warehouse sector. Every property is assessed on its own merits.
