Milton has acquired the Freehold interest in Trojan Court, Laporte Way, Luton.

The investment property is let to Giggling Squid and two independent occupiers and having completed the asset management plan for the property we were able to offer the market a WAULT in excess of 13 years.

The Milton Group used retail specialist Joe Baio at Fawcett Mead to advise on, and complete, the sale of this asset.
