Milton buy modern warehouse in Thurrock

On the 1st August 2012, Milton purchased a modern warehouse in Thurrock’s prime distribution location with a very low site cover.

The property has recently been  let to the  Noisy Drinks Company for a 10 year term.

Purchase price: £1.475m

Milton buy Units 1 & 2 Brent Crescent, London

On the 25th September 2012, Milton purchased a prime logistics and HQ facility with an excellent self contained yard.

The property is located  in Park Royal fronting the North Circular (A406) and was acquired via a sale and lease back agreement from CP Electronics.

Purchase price: £4.05m

Milton buy 16 South Park, Sevenoaks

On the 14th September 2012, Milton purchased a modern multi-let office in central Sevenoaks with excellent car parking.

At purchase the property was approximately 25% vacant. Savills have been instructed to market the vacant floor space of 3,414 sqft.

Purchase price: £1.85m

In March 2012 Milton completed a new Lease with Pierce Hill Limited, a professional construction consultancy providing various building surveying and technical services throughout London and the South East of England.

With this new letting 70-74 Cannon Street is now fully occupied.
