Milton have sold their remaining freehold interest in Endeavour Way Industrial Estate Croydon. The estate in total comprises circa 30,500 sq.ft of self-contained well located industrial space.
This sale of units 1-3 and 6&7 comes on the back of the successful sale of units 4&5 in November last year.

Milton has sold two industrial assets close to Ashford International Station in Kent.
Chunnel Industrial Estate and 1 Victoria Road combined to provide 11 units across c. 42,000 sq. ft.

The property comprises a multi let office building totalling c. 20,199 sqft. in an a town centre location within Sevenoaks.
