Milton sell Sandown Industrial Estate, Esher

On the 8th of December 2017 Milton completed the sale of Sandown Industrial Estate in Esher to Elmbridge Council reflecting a net initial yield of 3.67%.

Oliver Sylge  Director at The Milton Group commented “We acquired this property in 2013 along with three other multi-let industrial estates and a food production facility at a portfolio net yield of 8.3 %. Milton buy single-let warehouse in Mitcham

Milton have acquired the Virtual Freehold interest in a single let warehouse in Mitcham.

The unit totals over 10,000 sq. ft and is well located on a busy commercial estate.

Milton buy two industrial properties in Aylesbury

Milton have acquired the Freehold interest in two prominent industrial properties in Aylesbury on a site totalling 0.59 acres.

The two semi-detached units, occupied by HSS Hire and Formula One Autocentre, front onto Bicester Road, one of the main thorough fairs into Aylesbury.

MILTON SELLS CROYDON MULTI LET INDUSTRIAL

Milton have sold their remaining freehold interest in Endeavour Way Industrial Estate Croydon. The estate in total comprises circa 30,500 sq.ft of self-contained well located industrial space.

This sale of units 1-3 and 6&7 comes on the back of the successful sale of units 4&5 in November last year.
